How are we different

A unique program called Xseed that draws from Reggio Emilia, Howard Gardner (Multiple Intelligences) and most importantly iDiscoveri’s own experience of working with children and teachers.

Use of themes. We use inter-disciplinary themes that are connected to a child’s real world.

Well qualified and trained facilitators. Each teacher undergoes a rigorous training and is provided with an Xseed resource kit.

Multi age interest groups: Apart from interacting in their own groups, we create space for children to interact with younger as well as older children. This is critical for a child’s learning and socialization.

Low student mentor ratio: There is one teacher to evey 10 children. The maximum class size of 20 ensures that each child gets individual attention. The same teacher mentors the child for three years.

Hygiene and safety: Special emphasis is paid to this aspect and all the caretakers are trained on this.

Facilities to enhance exploration and experiential learning

Parent education: From time to time, we provide parents resource material to help them understand child development and hence become informed parents. We also provide you regular inputs on your child’s development.
